The Art Brat!!

"Yes I have had some moments with you,
Yes  I have got drenched with you.
But then I had to let you go,
for my life's chores had taken a toll.
Now after an year we meet again,
and it looks as though we should stroll this lane.
Oh Baby lets get into our killer spree,
& drown into the world of the artist's sea."

Yo guys, how you been - I am no poet! but I tried my hand this time. This post is all about me boasting about my life in the world of brush, paints, canvas and colors. I am not a born artist. But I do have some hidden partially explored talents in this area. Attaching couple my works.  Amateur - but definitely worth every single second invested in this.

Planing to do some more of these kind of charcoal works - but like I said my life's chores are still taking a toll.
Tonight I am crashing onto my pillow with this thought - What & When is your next masterpiece Ms.Art Brat?

Great Come backs Season 2 : Lessons from this world.. :)

Hi...

I made an attempt to come back here 5 years ago.. But failed. It never once did occur to come back here. Not because I stopped loving to write.. But more because I got caught up in the downs and ups of life so much that I had to fall to rise.

Lot has happened over this period of time. India Won Cup, Our Government changed,  I switched 2 companies, moved 3 cities, failed relationships and  got married to Mr.Right. Now that's short and sweet.

So I will try and jot down some top lessons this world taught me.
  1. Never Ever keep the key to your happiness in someone else's hands.
  2. Expectations reduces Joy. Oh yeah.. It really does. All you need to do is just Do Do and Do what ever it is that you feel is right for you. But don't expect others to reciprocate in the same frequency as yours. They are travelling their path in their style buddy. That brings me to ...
  3. Accept people and situations as they are. Just accept. Let it be. Somethings are just beyond control. Let it come and let it go.
  4. Have a hobby. Develop it. 9-5 jobs are boring. Moreover most of us to slog 10-12 hours a day. It takes the life out of us. To add to the work pressure there is The Great office politics; the appraisal race; the unhealthy competitions..  I really don't enjoy these things but all of us have to deal with it right? So in the midst of all these chaos, find time for yourself and develop that hobby. You will love it. You never know what hidden talent you have. Explore. Honestly I have not been a regular at this - but I do take out time sometimes.
  5. Ok so you did not get to marry the love of your life. Chill.. there are other fishes in the sea.
  6. Everyone in this word is looking for love. Not all can express it ; not all can understand this. So just be nice to everyone. Don't Judge them by their exterior looks. If you cant look inside, just be nice.
  7. Revenge is sweet. But its totally..NOT worth it. Forgive and become cautious.
  8. Smile.Laugh. Its free.. :)
  9. Pray. Talk to the Supreme Soul. He is the most reliable, the most sweetest and the bestest of Friend you can have. Make friends with him.
  10. Get Insurance. Life, Health. For yourself and for your family. Its a must.
Enough Gyan! Period.

I am bidding goodnight for today. And I hope to write more posts here. Leaving you with my favorite pic of the year 2014. That's right we are 1 year old. Meet Mr.&Mrs. Kamath :)

NOTE TO MY FRIENDS

She’s started to pack her bags. She’s started to wrap it all. Her college days are ending. And just like the rest of her batch mates she’s going to step out of the college, of the care free world and walk into that big bad world outside. Four years and she dint even realize how time passed by.

She had big dreams when she had joined. And mind you she did achieve her goals. She’s got good marks, she’s managed to get a job, and she’s had a very good time having fun with friends. She dreamt of having a great ending in the college. An ending; such that all will remember her when she leaves.

But… don’t think so.. it hasn’t gone her way in her last semester. Things haven’t been going good for her. She’s ending her college days with fights with her close ones. There was a point during these four years where she thought she had it all. But suddenly her world has turned upside down. She’s not usually a hot tempered person. But lately she’s been getting bugged with small small things. She’s fighting with her friends, she’s not having a good relationship with teachers she’s had respected so much. She’s learnt a few good lessons from all this and decided to keep a check on her temper. It really has to be controlled. She’s realized were she’s gone wrong and has vowed not to repeat it.

On a happier note, she’s found some very good friends.

To S and F;for being with her during her hard times. She Loves you both and will miss ya. To J;for being the best mate in her life. She says that she loves you a lots.. infact she loves you the most darling. To S; hate it when you fight with her.. but still she will miss you and love you for ever.

She says,”Hey you guys, sorry if I have hurt you in any way. If so plz forgive me. It was not intentional. And thanks for putting up with this bossy stupid kitanu.”

To A; for being the cutest, sweetest and adorable brother. Thanks yaar for helping her, for doin everything she asked you to. U really mean a lot her. Will miss you so much. Now that even you have just a year or so left.. make the best of it. Just have fun. Keep bunking keep working keep helping, but don’t get used. And now SMILE PLZ. :)

To G; thanks for understanding her dude. She would have been heart broken if you also had pointed your fingers at her like the others. Thanks. No good byes and miss you to you. तू उसका पीछा तो छोड़ने वाला नही है.. I know u’ll keep bugging her. Thanks again.

To T and L; loved you both a lot dears. Still do. But fate had set its direction elsewhere. Never mind.. just wanted you both to know and u are always in her heart and the members of the most notorious gang that hostel has ever seen. ;) will miss you both.

To J; this is the one of the other good things that has happened to her. She met you dear. As her college life was ending she found a piece of gem in you. Wish she could spend some more of those days with you. Just wanted to let you know; that you have found a very special place in her heart. She considers you just like A and will miss you a lot. A piece of advice she wants to give you before she goes; make sure you get your thing done first before you work for anybody else in the college. They are just not grateful. All of them. It has just started for you. There is a long way to go now. And bear this in mind as you have made a mark of your existence in the department they’ll call you for everything from now on. Do whatever you can for them but don’t get used by them.

There are many more people she loves in her college. Especially her HOD. She says,” SIR, thanks for all you have gone through with us and for us. May god bless you with all the happiness in life. It was wonderful to have a guru like you. You taught us not just dbms and crypto but also many other lessons.Truth be told you are an angel sent upon us by god. If you need any help, anything I am just a missed call away. I love you lots sir. And sorry for misbehaving that day.. You know which. I just lost it that day. Please forgive me.”

She will not say goodbye to anybody because she knows she’ll meet all of these people again. Just take care of yourselves and have fun.

  • Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

BRAINGATE!!!!

Hi all. I am back with something technical today. My final year is going on in college and all of us are to present a seminar on any technology. One of my friends took a seminar on something called a Brain gate. I’ll tell you what it is.

It’s a chip that is implanted onto the brain of a person which senses the thought of the owner and acts accordingly... For example, if the chip is implanted on me. I’ll be able to change the TV channel just by thinking about it. The chip, in my head will act as our remote. To site another example, I can even log on to the net using It., go to any web page, just by thinking about it.

It might seem cool to most of the technology freaks out there. And I apologies to them, for this post is not meant for them. I am not going to insult the existing technologies because; even I like some of them and use them too.

Similar to Brain gate there are some chips called the RFID. Implantable RFID chips designed for animal tagging are now being used in humans. An early experiment with RFID implants was conducted by British professor, who implanted a chip in his arm in 1998. Night clubs in Barcelona, Spain and in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, use an implantable chip to identify their VIP customers, who in turn use it to pay for drinks.

Doesn’t that sound far fetched to you. Come on. It does.. to me. There are electronic implants for improving the heath of people (spinal chord treatment, heart etc). Those are chalo ok... it is doing some good to the man. But implanting chips for paying bills, changing TV channels is just tooooo much.

Certain organic transplants itself go wrong at times. Then how can a human body cope with chips. Implantation of the chip poses some health concerns. A patient could react adversely to the chip itself by infection or allergy, or it could be implanted improperly. It could dislodge itself and move to a different part of the body than where it was first implanted. The implant could also fail on its own at any time, and the information contained in it could be lost. More serious trauma could occur if the chip reacts to outside source, such as a strong electrical field or a magnetic resonance imager (MRI) machine. The strong magnets used in an MRI scanner could destroy the implant and cause serious burns, internally and externally.

Not just health problem. It causes an invasion of privacy. It contains large amount of information which can be easily hacked and tracked. I am not going into the details of how it can be done.It has some benefits though… Identifying people, for storing medical records etc.

But I think our body needs to be kept and maintained the way it is. We have to abide by the laws of nature. Why should we break those rules that were written during our creation? Disturbing the nature’s balance has always had drastic effects. Each time man has taken one step forward into implementing new technology; two steps were unknowingly triggered for the nature’s destruction. Implanting chips is one such step. Is it one step to destroy Human balance on earth? Time alone can say.

Once again, my apologies to those who feel the other way. This post is entirely about how I feel about these chips. I really don’t think implanting chips will do any good to us other than for secret services and security agencies. I plead to who ever reads this… Please avoid it. It’s not cool.

Révolution Française

I came across a very interesting piece of article today in the news paper. Its was about a new French Revolution.. No this post is nothing about Liberty, equality or fraternity. Nor has this post got anything to do with French and European politics. What I intend to express is something different.

This post is about the ways of transportation. That type of transportation which we have learnt a kids when our dad’s used to help us in it.. Yes.. I am talking about riding a bicycle.. After creating the world’s fastest TGV, the French are now returning to bicycles. On July 15,2007, nearly 10, 000 public bicycles were made available to the residents of Paris. Now isn’t that great.

According to studies, cycling is very good for our health. It helps reducing stress and hypertension. It also increases lifespan. And hey.. half an hour of cycling a day can help in putting off weight.. . Apart from this it doesn’t pollute the atmosphere since there is no fuel used. Isn’t that very thoughtful of French. Hats of to them.

What I am suggesting is even though its slower, why don’t we also start doing the same. This can reduce the traffic involved, the accidents that happen because of speeding etc. Lets take the French as an example and begin Cycling.. I personally enjoy it a lot.. What about you?
